OUR APPROACH

The WEaRE Baseline Survey will be collected and collated initially by the PAN Districts Committees.
We work with and share data with ECHRD and the individual District ECDUs. A pilot test was conducted in seven districts, one in each Province, to assess the mechanics.
The survey is now being migrated to its own platform with adapted instructions and various options to answer questions.
The BLS will aid focus geographically, within school clusters and support initiatives such as School Safety, School Zones, Crisis Management Plans, School Management Development, Principal’s Roles & Responsibilities, and enhanced facilitation.
Data collected will be collated centrally by WEaRE as the implementation agency for PAN, to identify service targeting, support mechanisms, and strategy development.
